Important Notice to All New Customers — MACNN HK Policy Update
Dear Valued Customers,
Since we began our international wholesale operations nearly two years ago, MACNN HK has been committed to building long-term, trustworthy partnerships with clients worldwide. However, we have encountered an increasing number of new customers who fail to honor basic business commitments.
Specifically, there have been multiple cases where:
- Orders were placed and goods arrived at our warehouse.
- Invoices were sent to the customer for payment.
- The customer either failed to respond or deliberately ignored follow-up communications.
Some even read our messages and chose not to reply, creating serious disruptions in our workflow.
To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, MACNN HK has implemented the following policy, effective immediately:
🔒 Blacklist Policy for Non-Responsive Accounts
- For any unpaid orders after goods have arrived: We will send a maximum of 3 payment reminders. If no response is received after the third reminder, the account will be permanently blacklisted. Blacklisted accounts will be denied access to our platform and prohibited from placing future orders.
💰 New Customer Prepayment Policy
- All new customers are now required to pay a 30% deposit for their first order before delivery can be arranged.
- This deposit policy applies to first orders only.
- From the second order onward, no deposit is required and our standard billing process will apply.
This change is necessary because:
- Our products are mostly pre-sale items.
- We do not require upfront payment at the time of order placement.
- Goods are purchased and shipped to our warehouse before billing begins.
- When customers fail to respond post-invoice, it results in unassigned stock, slower order fulfillment, and increased workload for our customer service team.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support. MACNN HK remains committed to serving serious buyers with reliable service, transparency, and mutual respect.
MACNN HK – Integrity First, Always.
